Membership Fees

The school year program fees for your site are listed below. If you are interested in our scholarship opportunities, please check the corresponding box during registration. Income verification is required for all scholarship applications.

Full-time attendance (4-5 days per week): $300 per month
Part-time attendance (1-3 days per week): $190 per month
Full days only: $55 per month
Teen membership (youth in 6th grade and older): $25 per month

How to Register

Getting started
1. If you are returning or new to Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, click here to create a new family account or log in to our parent portal
2. Once logged in, click on memberships on the blue bar on the top to view and submit a membership application.
Complete the registration form
Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email from MyClubHub confirming your application has been submitted. You should hear within two business days letting you know of the Next Steps in the registration process, or if the program is full, that you will be added to the waitlist.

Financial Assistance

We are proud to offer a scholarship program to allow us to serve families who need financial assistance for Club programs. Scholarships are awarded based on need and availability.

Here’s how you can access financial assistance:

Families can apply for a scholarship during membership registration. Follow the instructions above for how to register.
During the registration process, you will be asked, “Would you like to apply for financial assistance?” Check the corresponding box if needed.
Utilize the built in file upload feature to upload approved income verification before submitting your registration. Income verification is required upon submission of scholarship application.

All scholarship applications will be reviewed within 72-86 hours, and you will be notified of your scholarship details at that time.

If you are already accepted and attending programs, you may request to fill out a scholarship application at any time. Please contact billing@bgclarimer.org to request a scholarship application if you are a currently attending member.
