Youth Development Specialist (Loveland)

This position will help to foster a fun, safe, and positive after school experience for kids between the ages 6-18 years old. This individual will assist in one or more of the following program areas: homework help, technology, sports, recreation and the arts.

Summer Youth Development Specialist (Fort Collins, Loveland, Estes Park)

During the Summer Program, this position will help to foster a fun, safe, and positive experience for kids between the ages 6-18. This individual will assist in one or more of the following program areas: homework help, technology, sports, recreation and the arts.

Field Youth Development Specialist (Fort Collins)

This position will travel to multiple Club locations across Larimer County to assist with fostering a fun, safe, and positive Club experience in different program areas. Typical hours are 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Summer Program Lead (Fort Collins)

Assists the Site Director in the overall daily operations of the Summer Clubhouse. The primary function is on summer program implementation, and service delivery of the programs. Successful candidates will be able to build strong professional relationships with staff, parents and Club members.

Summer Site Lead (Loveland)

The Club Director directs and oversees the overall daily operations of the Club to support Youth Development Outcomes consistent with organizational goals and mission. This position is responsible for staff management and development, programmatic impact, grant implementation and reporting, and community outreach.

Summer Site Director (Estes Park)

During the Summer Program, this position directs and manages overall daily operations of the designated Clubhouse including programs, training, facility management, and community relations. This position requires high energy, enthusiasm for BGCLC’s mission, and the ability to adapt.

Club Director (Loveland, Fort Collins)

The Club Director directs and oversees the overall daily operations of the Club to support Youth Development Outcomes consistent with organizational goals and mission. This position is responsible for staff management and development, programmatic impact, grant implementation and reporting, and community outreach.

Youth Development Intern – Part-time (unpaid)

An internship will provide a learning opportunity to develop and implement effective youth dvelopment programs that fit within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County environment, and are also cohesive with the organization misson and values.
