You can pay your bill by credit or debit card through your ProCare parent portal. You can pay by cash or check at your local Club.
Payments for after-school and before-school care are due in advance, prior to the start of the month.
Charges for School Out Days (drop in care only) will be added to your next month's bill.
If your bill is not paid by the 25th of each month, youth will be removed from the Club schedule and will not be able to attend.
You can be charged a late pickup fee for picking up youth after the Club has closed. Details on fee charges are listed in your Welcome Packet.

Income verification is required to ensure that scholarship funds are awarded to families who need them most. By confirming household income, we can fairly and responsibly distribute limited financial assistance and support as many youth as possible. All information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining scholarship eligibility.
