Membership Fees

Starting in Fall 2025, pre-payment for services will be due prior to the start of each month. Families will complete a Financial Contract to indicate the number of days per month each child will attend, and this will determine their bill.

The school year program fees for your site are listed below. If you are interested in our scholarship opportunities, please check the corresponding box during registration. Income verification is required for all scholarship applications.

$15 per day for after-school (pre-paid)

$26 per day for full days (school out days) - Drop in care ONLY

$25 per month - Teen Rate (6th grade and up ONLY)

Financial Assistance

We are proud to offer a scholarship program to allow us to serve families who need financial assistance for Club programs. Scholarships are awarded based on need and availability. Here’s how you can access financial assistance:

Membership registration must be completed prior to applying for a scholarship. Follow the instructions above for how to register.
During the registration process, you will be asked, “If you need to request a scholarship, please check the box below.” Check the corresponding box if needed.
Once your registration is complete, the Club Director and Finance Department will follow up with the required documents. Income verification is required upon submission of scholarship application.

All scholarship applications will be reviewed within 72 hours, and you will be notified of your scholarship details at that time.

If you are already accepted and attending programs, you may request to fill out a scholarship application at any time. Please contact billing@bgclarimer.org to request a scholarship application if you are a currently attending member.

How to Register

Getting started
1. If you are new to Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, click here to create a new family account.
2. If you already have an account with Procare, click here to log into your parent portal and register for the school year.
Complete the registration form
Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email from the Club Director within two business days letting you know of the Next Steps in the registration process, or if the program is full, that you will be added to the waitlist.

If you need transportation, please follow the steps below.

Follow the instructions above for how to register.
During the registration process, you will be asked, “Certain schools may be able to provide transportation to the Club. Would you like to learn more about after-school transportation options?” Check the associated box to be considered for the transportation routes. Please note that checking this box does not guarantee your spot.

Once you have completed registration and have been approved for a spot, the Club Director will contact you with additional information.

2026 SUMMER REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR CURRENT CLUB MEMBERS. Summer Registration will open Monday, March 16 for non-members. Please visit the Summer Information page to find a summer Club locations and to register.
