Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County provides a safe, fun, and affordable place for kids and teens to go during out-of-school hours. Our programs include unique opportunities for academic enrichment, art & music education, social-emotional learning, fitness & athletics, social recreation, and more. How to Register

  1. Getting started
    1. If you are new to Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, click here to create a new family account.
    2. If you already have an account with Procare, click here to log into your parent portal and register for the school year.
  2. Complete the registration form
  3. Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email from the Club Director within two business days letting you know if you’ve been enrolled or added to the waitlist.

Membership Fees

Middle & High School Students

  • $20 per year, per child

Elementary School Students

  • After-school
    • $15 per day, per child
  • School out day
    • $25 per day, per child

Financial Assistance

We are proud to offer a scholarship program that ensures no family or child is turned away due to the cost of Club programs. This scholarship can cover the full cost or half of the cost of your Boys & Girls Club membership. Here’s how you can access financial assistance:

  1. Membership registration must be completed prior to applying for a scholarship. Follow the instructions above for how to register.
  2. During the registration process, you will be asked, “If you need to request for the member fee to be waived, please check the box below.” Check the corresponding box if needed.
  3. Once your registration is complete, the Club Director will follow up with the required documents. Your Club’s Director may reach out to you to request a scholarship form.

All scholarship applications will be reviewed and processed within 2 days of your acceptance into the Club. You will be notified of your scholarship details at that time. 

If you are already enrolled and attending programs, you may request a Scholarship Request Form from the Club Director at any time. Please reach out to the Club Director if you have any questions.

Transportation

Transportation is provided from the following schools, but space is limited.

  • Bill Reed Middle School
  • Walt Clark Middle School
  • Conrad Ball Middle School
  • Thompson Valley High School (youth will walk to Walt Clark Middle School and be picked up there)

If you need transportation, please follow the steps below.

  1. Follow the instructions above for how to register.
  2. During the registration process, you will be asked, “Certain schools may be able to provide transportation to the Club. Would you like to learn more about after-school transportation options?” Check the associated box to be considered for the transportation routes. Please note that checking this box does not guarantee your spot.

Once you have completed registration and have been approved for a spot, the Club Director will contact you with additional information.
