Kathi Wright, Executive Director Kathi Wright started volunteering at a local teen center in Loveland and eventually became the Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County in 1999. She was awarded the 2003 Executive of the Year for the SW Region, the Team Fort Collins Key Leader of the Year for 2008, the Colorado Lions Foundation Humanitarian Award for 2009, and served as the Grand Marshall of Loveland’s Corn Roast Parade in 2009. In 2013, Kathi was presented with the Jim Wetherington Southwesterner Award. She also danced her way to Loveland Chamber of Commerce’s Dancing with the Stars winner in 2017.
Kaycee Headrick, Assistant Executive Director & Vice President of Operations Kaycee has worked with Boys & Girls Clubs in South Dakota and Larimer County since 2008 in a variety of different roles. These have included Director of Operations, Program Development Director, Unit Director, Program Director, and Youth Impact Director. She holds a BS in Arts and Sciences from South Dakota State.
Margaret Bachrach, Vice President of Development & Communications Margaret's background encompasses the corporate and nonprofit world. She has held leadership positions in fundraising and corporate citizenship. Her leadership roles leverage her energy and expertise in philanthropy, development, strategic marketing and communications.
Tammy Chandler, Vice President of Finance Tammy’s involvement with the Boys & Girls Clubs started over 25 years ago as a volunteer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County then intern in the Weld County clubs before becoming the Director for a Loveland teen center. Two years later the teen center merged with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County to become our Loveland unit. Tammy was awarded the Nonprofit CFO of the Year Award in 2011 by Northern Colorado Business Report. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Finance & Accounting from Regis University.
