Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County offers several programs in the area of Academics for our members. These programs help build self-confidence and the skills needed to achieve Academic Success. Educational-enriching programs are all aimed to be fun, educational and a way for members to not only get good grades, but also be inspired to learn and excel. 

In 2016, over 1,175 youth participated in Academic Success Programs.

BGCA Programs 

Power Hour: Provides Club staff with strategies, activities, resources and information to create an engaging homework help and tutoring program that allows youth to become self-directed learners. 

Money Matters: Promotes financial responsibility and independence among Club members ages 13 to 18. Participants learn how to manage a checking account, budget, save and invest, start small businesses and pay for college.
